Brett is a former/current CEO and Business Owner of several small businesses, and a former C-Level executive with large companies.

He has worked at large companies such as DuPont, Lockheed Martin, Commonwealth Edison and General Electric.

Brett has worked extensively in sales, marketing, manufacturing, product management, engineering and quality management.

His experience spans the globe, and has started operations in India, China, Brazil and Europe.

Brett holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA; a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Widener University in Chester, PA.

Brett is also a graduate from the Naval Nuclear Power School from the US Navy. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Brett is also a Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Vistage Worldwide is an organization designed exclusively for high integrity CEOs who are looking to drive better decisions and better results for their companies.

He mentors approximately 40 CEOs/Business Owners/Executives in Northern California.
